Our base of operations is the Right of the Corporate Work. We are a highly specialized office that takes advantage of its founding partners' extensive experience in the field to provide clients with qualified, efficient and result-oriented assistance.
Our work is especially directed to Preventive and Advisory Advocacy. We also advise on Litigation on Labor Law, Individual and Collective. Thus, we include all levels and instances of the judiciary, administrative bodies, the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Economy (Labor Superintendence) and trade unions.
We believe that, with the constant evolution of the business world and the emergence of new formats and activities, it is increasingly essential for companies to have innovative strategic legal management, aimed to reduce - or even eliminate - new and different labor risks.

• Mapping of labor risks, based on standards and the Labor Code, as well as all legislation involving labor law;

• Negotiation with professional associations, formalization of Collective Labor Instruments and monitoring of union relations;
• Mapping and monitoring collective agreements and conventions;
• Technical advice on inspections of the Public Prosecution Service and the Ministry of Economy (Labor Superintendence);
• Development of profit sharing programs, variable compensation and benefit plan;
• Advice to the HR sector on payment of ordinary and extraordinary amounts, adaptation of the company's procedure to labor legislation;
• Technical assistance aimed at the transit of foreign employees;
• Opinions elaboration;
• Review of employee registration documentation (employment contract, additives, work schedules, reliability terms, equipment usage terms, etc.);
• Conducting lectures and trainings.
